Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Raven Moon Collective! We carefully prepare every order and appreciate your patience while we get your new pieces ready for their journey to you.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping: $12.99
Free Standard Shipping: Available on qualifying orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes

Available shipping options and final charges will be displayed at checkout.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed during regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, Standard Shipping typically takes approximately 3–5 business days to arrive.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and are not guaranteed. Holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Raven Moon Collective is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend it.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the package, and photos of the affected item.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, nearby neighbors, and the shipping carrier first. You are also welcome to contact us, and we will do our best to help you with the carrier’s claim process.
